Delivery Information

We will make every effort to deliver your order to you within the specified times. We usually deliver within 1-5 working days, subject to availability. Please note that at Christmas time and other peak periods, delivery may take longer. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside of our control.

Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering.

Delivery can be made to anywhere on the Mainland UK unless otherwise specified.

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 per order unless otherwise specified. Some items may require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Some of the products we sell are for customer collection or local delivery only. This is stated alongside these relevant products with our ‘collection or local delivery only’ icon.
